Technologic Revolution

As I have been getting older I have noticed the changes in technology rapidly and I'm hoping to see the finish product in my lifetime. That being, there is a book(I'm not sure which one) that says by the year 2035 there will a computer that will have as many functions as a human brain, in theory we can download our memories and personalities into this computer and live forever as a machine.

This revolution that I write here is more of the lights that every little object on our day-to-day lives seem to have gained. From plasma TVs to a lip-gloss with a little flashlight. I have seen the buses with advertisements on the side that have moving pictures now instead of just pictures. What I tell people sometimes is "I want to live to see the lights." maybe even the blur of lights as the cars keep getting faster or maybe even flying cars but I don't want to get out of hand. I have also seen the artificial cigarettes that took me by surprise because one week I was thinking they should make just a little tube that releases vapor nicotine and the next week I see it. I have seen everything I thought come true, maybe one day the machines will revolt against the human but I think we will fuse with them rather than start a revolution.

Music too, as I have aged music has become easier to produce and manipulate without the use of instruments. I have heard many songs that remind me of the 80's, back when there use to be lit-up floors and the disco ball over head. I have come up with many songs that all I did was use a computer.

Since I live in Chicago I think one smart move the mayor did was when he announced to give internet access to the whole city. Public libraries have it, buildings downtown have them some houses in the corners have it, even right now as I write this I'm in Richard J. Daley College without a single class to take here.

Just something to Write

I feel like writing something down but I don't know where to start or when to start. People get bothered by other people. All the way to where it begins. When do people know you?

People only know you from what you show them. How can you show people the past? So they can know you better and not judge you from your actions but from your experiences. Psychology, pathology and everything that can show a person's past.

Explaining? What is there to say about my life. I have more to say now than I did before. My life seems so much better now than what it looked like two or three years ago, it feels good where it's heading. How can I not let my past interfere with the present? Even though nothing is really happening between me and other people except the one I love. My habits, my thoughts, my experiences, my words, my life all in a jar that forms me. To open it and spill everything to the only person I care to share with while the rest of the world moves around me without me even noticing. You don't notice what you don't care about. You don't pay attention to what doesn't interests you. How can I let her know?

I didn't have a reason in the beginning...

I suppose when I started this blog I just wanted to put up some pictures like I have seen in many other blogs. When I took a look at other blogs though they all had an intro or something of an introduction, so here is mine I guess.

I'm not much of a writer, I want to be a writer. I'm not much of a photographer, though I like photography and get inspired every time I see a good photograph that took effort. What I'm trying to say is that this blog while I don't know where it will go it will be about information, some stories, photos, and just things that I think some people will be interested in.

On this note: things that some people will be interested in, I will write what I found out today on another blog(Grumpy Old Ken). I found out that butterflies were once called flutterbies(this word came up as a misspelling) and well as some people already know that and will probably call me ridiculous for posting this, I didn't and I want to let some people know.

Thanks for reading this post and hope u read some more.

Deceits and decides

Reading Dante. The nine circles. I stopped reading before because by Canto VII in goes into the City Of Dis so drastically that it just confused me. Now that i get to spend some times in a college library there are some notes here n there that explain things a lot better. I remember reading about the suicides a lot earlier than the gluttons though i forgotten everything i read before and i have watched n read a lot of things leading up to Dante now. Back when I had first heard about him was because of the movie Se7en and well that movie was such an inspiration to me back then. About the seven deadly sins, they mention so many books. Mein Kamph is one of them too that i have been trying to get my hands on. Helter Skelter is also another but I'm reading and I'm almost finished with that one and I will write another blog regarding Helter Skelter.
